Locanda San Vigilio is one of the oldest and most architecturally intact properties in Northern Italy — a family-run hotel that had operated on instinct and community for generations. The bones were extraordinary. The business and brand needed to catch up.
The brief was as broad as it gets: define the brand, build the infrastructure, and start growing — without losing a scrap of soul.

THE WORK
We didn't want to modernise Locanda, but to make its timelessness impossible to ignore. We created a brand that invites a new generation to connect with this corner of Lake Garda as deeply as the many who had loved it before.
Mid-season or not, we began. Strategy, identity, tone, website, a full five-phase comms plan — and everything needed to put it into action on the ground.

THE RESULTS
In the first year of structured brand and communications work, the hotel saw a 24% increase in nights sold year-on-year. April, historically quiet, tripled in bookings. Direct channels outperformed third-party platforms during every major campaign period. And late-season storytelling secured the equivalent of nearly a quarter of annual revenue in forward bookings for the following season — before the hotel had closed for winter. All on a marketing budget of under 4% of annual revenue.
