The creative industry is prone to over-hyped discourse that rarely translates into institutional change. Cards on the Table was designed to dismantle the 'poker faces' of corporate leadership, replacing vague DEI promises with a series of genuine conversations. The goal was to move past the optics of gender equality and into the gritty reality of making workplaces actually function for everyone.

THE WORK

We created a format rooted in radical honesty. By using a deck of 'deep-dive' cards to drive the interviews, we removed the possibility of scripted corporate answers and made each episode surprising. Each episode was designed as a strategic 'To-Do' list, allowing guests to share what they didn’t do and what they wished they’d done differently. For a peer-to-peer exchange of lived experience and industrial blueprints for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
